There is now. Upgrade your ns to 2.1b8 and look in the diffserv
directory.

Some recent fixes to dsredq.cc (thanks, xuan!) may be relevant/useful
and worth grabbing latest cvs for.

I gather most of Nortel was laid off, which might explain why email to
the original authors bounces/their webpages have gone.
