[ns] ns 2.1b4 installation problem

Hi,
  The following installation error have been asked(http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/archive/ns-users/webarch/current/msg00508.html), but I did not see any answers. who can help give an answer again? 

Error:

"make" (for ns-allinone-2.1b4a/ns-2) on Linux Redhat 7.0
