[ns] ques. about mns routing

Using the MPLS simulator, when I make an explicit route the command looks
like:
$ns at 1.5 "$LSR2 make-explicit-route 7 2_3_4_8_7 3600 -1"

Can anyone tell me what the 3600 or the -1 do? I have no idea. Also, does
the first 7 just indicate the last node in the explicitly stated path?
thanks,
Jonathan
