[ns] giving different drop probabilities

hi all,

i have a simple but interesting question.

i would like to give different drop probabilities
to two different tcp flows that are going through the
same link which is implementing RED.i thought of using 
the diffserve for this purpose but there are so many other
things which i don't need in that diffserve.so i want to 
know any other way by which i will be able to give
different drop probabilites or different RED parameters.

i have seen the rio.cc file in the 8th version,i have
gone through the code but i am doubtful whether it
is doing the same thing what i wanted.
can anybody please help me and also please write about
the rio.cc file?(just the basic function)
