I tried running wireless1.tcl example script used in the tutorial and 
it runs fine. so the tutorial makes an assumption that all example scripts 
are run from ~ns/tcl/ex dir. If you want to run from any other 
location make changes to the path to all files sourced 
(including scen/cbr-3-dest) accordingly.
