[ns] [bug] Installation Failure on ns-2.b8a-win can't open file ..\tclcl-1.0b11\tclcl.lib

Description of Problem:


I am installing ns for extension to use Bluehoc.  I successfully installed tcl,tk,otcl,tclcl.  Now when I tried to make ns using

cd e:\netsim\ns-2.1b8a-win
d:\progra~1\micros~4\vc98\bin\nmake /I makefile.vc

It gives me error as follows.

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file "e:\netsim\tclcl-.0b11\tclcl.lib"

does this mean that there was an error in making tclcl.
Somebody of you please suggest me some solution to this.
