[ns] TCP out of order

Hi every one,

I'm working on TCP out of order segments. I could produce out of order 
segments using mesh networks or increasin delay on the other link.I can't 
stand on exact behaviour of TCP for those out of order segments.
some times, it re transmits bunch of segments and some times takes in all 
the packets.I even plotted sequence numbers using gnuplot.

If any one have solution, please let me know??

what exactly happens for TCP 'coz of out -of order??
