[ns] problem of installing snapshot

Hi all
I download following files:
   tcl-8.3.2.tar.gz
   tk-8.3.2.tar.gz
   otcl-src-snapshot.tar.gz (daily snapshot)
   tclcl-src-snapshot.tar.gz (daily snapshot)
   ns-src-snapshot.tar.gz     (daily snapshot)
   nam-src-snapshot.tar.gz    (daily snapshot)
Next I copy all of them in root/ns directory.
Next I gunzip and untar each of them on linux
Redhat.6.2 in /root/ns directory.
Next I do in order:
1)cd into /root/ns/tcl8.3.2/unix/dltest
2)I type: autoconf
3)cd.. and refer to tcl8.3.2/unix directory.
4)I type: ./configure in tcl8.3.2/unix directory.
5)I type: "make" in the same directory.
6)I type: "make install" in same directoy.
7)I refer to /root/ns directory and cd into
tk8.3.2/unix.
8)I type: ./configure in /root/ns/tk8.3.2/unix
directoy.
9)I type: "make" in the same directory.
10)I type:"make install" in the directoy.
11)I refer to /root/ns directory.
12)I cd into otcl-snapshot and type in order:
   ./configure
   make
   make install
13)I cd into tclcl-snapshot and type in order:
   ./configure
   make
   make install
14)I cd into ns-2-snapshpt and type in order:
   ./configure
   make
There is an error in make file:
tclAppInit.cc:In function ' int fesetprecision(int)':
tclAppInit.cc:103:parse error befor '::'
make:***[tcl AppInit.o]Erroe 1
How can I solve this problem?
Please help me.
