[ns] get the instant throughput

Dear NS Users:
Is their any way that we can get the instant throughput of certain flow at
certain time? For example, when run a 100 second simulation, we would like
to get the throughput of a flow at some specific time points (e.g. 10, 20,
...sec), if throughput of this flow is too low, tunning the parameters of
routers after this time point to increase the throughput. Does anyone has
the idea? Thanks, I apprecaite.\
