The ns distribution contains many test suites under ~ns/tcl/test, which used by validation programs (~ns/validate, validate-wired, validate-wireless, and validate.win32) to verify that the installation of ns is correct. If you modify or add new modules to ns, you are encouraged to run the validation programs to make sure that your changes do not affect other parts in ns.
