CA DREAMS was awarded to USC in September 2023. The project is a culmination of years of preparation by USC’s Information Sciences Institute (ISI), the Viterbi Ming Hsieh Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, and our team. TECHNICAL STEERING COMMITTEE<\/h2>\n\t

The DREAMS Technical Steering Committee (TSC), comprising one representative from each DREAMS Partner, provides assessments and recommendations to the DREAMS Director on hub strategy, operations and project selection.
