Ns-allinone can't be installed completely

Hi,I tried to install allinone in RedHat5.1.
    According to the installation guide of Kahan,I get snapshot of ns
and Tcl.But when checking for libtcldbg,error exited.And ../tkbox there
is no this directory.
    How can I do? Would those who had handle with this situation help
me?
