ns for NT.

 I try to download the ns-2.1b4 binary release for windows (32-bit)
from the main ns page (http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-build.html)
but it seems that be not available  there.
Does any one know where can I find this file  ?

One more thing: 
Do you have any special instructions before i am trying to install ns on
NT ?
