[ns] OTcl trouble

Hi all,
I have some trouble with this script and I don't  know why ?
ATMMobileNode intp[roc id {} {
    $self instvar id_
    return id_
}
where id_ is a declared and binded variable using bind("id_",&id_) ; (it
is an int).
when I running the proc it run until the
