[ns] Scheduler error

 I made few changes to drop-tail.cc and ran a script which
 contains a call to resume. When the script is executed 
 I got the following error 
        
	=======================================
        blah blah blah ....
        compute mroutes
	Scheduler: Event UID not valid!

        ====================================
