[ns] UDP "agressive" traffic

Dear NS-users,

       Im doing some tests with UDP and TCP flows.
On my model they share the same bottleneck
connection. After 4 times simulations of the same
model, the TCP flows almost never transmit
(throughput ~ 0). For TCP traffics Im using
window size=100 and packet size 1500 bytes, the
others parameters are the default. I know that
the UDP flows are more "agressive" than TCP but
the TCP flows have to send some bits (kb ?) ...
        We have 2 access links before each flow reaches
the bottleneck link, one of 10Mb delay 1ms and other
of 1Gb with 5ms of propagation delay.
       Im using the "Heap" event scheduler.
        Any help ?
