[ns] where can I get all the commands in ns2.

Hi all:
     I read the ns manual, i.e. everything.ps. In every chaper, there is
a "Commands at a glance" section.
However, it seems that it does not include all commands and parameters
in ns2.  So where can I get them
and their usages or examples?
