[ns] DSR and wireless.tcl

Hey everyone!

I am trying to add the energymodel to the DSR implementation of
ns-2.1b7.  i am running the provided tcl file, wireless.tcl in
tcl/ex.  if i wanted to add the node energy level to the trace file, and
the times where nodes die out, where would i add this and how might that
be done?
