there was a related query in the recent past. please check the archives. U
may need to add to the tcp-sink.cc

void TcpSink::recvBytes(int datalen)
   {
     recvBytes_ +=datalen;
   }
  and can write the thruput to a file as mentioned in MarcGreis tutorial
using the recvBytes_ (need to declare this as a new otcl variable)
