[ns] Release 2.1b8 ?

Hi,
i should implement the "Experss" multicast routing
protocol in NS for my thesis;
from www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/CHANGES.html i've found out
that in the next release of NS there will be a quite
different implementation of ROUTING;
therefore it's vital for me to know WHEN that release
will be available;
i wouldn't want to work in OTCL and then have to move
to C++, and i fear that i would have to change other
things too!!!
