[ns] Validation Tests for NS on Win NT

Hello,

I am in need of some assistance for NS2 and Win NT.  In particular the
validation process.  From what I understand I need to only install Cygwin
and Perl, which I have installed and seem to run fine.  The
ns-win32-build.html page states that I need to patch the
test-all-template1 which only seems to need the addition of a perl line
which I have done and to run the validation script I need to run
./validate from the ns_dir, which I can do

My first question is what is the use of the validate.win32 script??  I am
supposed to use that instead of the validate script? when I do i get bunch
of tests failing (like the ecn tests that are part of the all test) which
cause a bunch of tests that shouldn't fail to fail.  Is there an updated
list of which tests should fail?  It also complains of not being able to
find $PERL and if i fix that then it can't find xgraph.  Using the plain
validate script I also get the same PERL error.

Thanks for any help that anyone may be able to offer.
