[ns] single step through c++ code

Hi all,
Is it possible to single step through the c++ code while running a
tcl script using ns ? For example if i run the diffserv tcl script in
~/ns/tcl/ex/diffserv like

$ns ds-tb-cbr.tcl

can i single step through the c++ code dsred.cc at the same time. If so
how do I do it?
