[ns] Network Emulation and QoS

Hi all

Can the emulation facility in nse handle the typical
rates at which traffic is generated in a real ISP
network? Is there any other open source tool for Linux
that can emulate a network analogous to an ISP's set
of core routers and edge servers, and provide inbuilt
QoS support for example DiffServ and MPLS?
