Hi NS2 users !
I have written WFQ (SelfClocked & PGPS implementation of Fair Queue)
for Nortel's Diffserv code. If someone wants to use it, please send me

email. I'll publish it on my homepage soon.
This piece of code requires ns-snapshot !!!
