Dear Sir;
I've downloaded the package of ns to use it in
performing some simulations. I compile it for windows 98 machine.
In the building phase, I've built tcl, tk, otcl,
and tclcl successfully but in building the ns-2 I got the following
error:

.........
NMAKE: fatal error U1077: .......\vc98\bin\cl.exe
:return code 0x2 stop
I hope that you could help me in fixing this
problem
