[ns] segmentation fault using ping on wireless channel

Hi,

I am trying to use the Ping Agent over a wireless link with Mobile IP
and MAC 802.11 but I keep getting a segmentation fault.

The error message I get using gdb is:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0xfeeb6d84 in strlen ()

I can use ping without problems in wired model scripts and my wireless
model tcl scripts runs fine if I don't include the ping part.

Does anybody have any ideas as to the reason for this problem and has
anybody managed to use ping over a wireless link? I am using ns-2.1b7 in
Solaris
