[ns] Low latency queueing

Hello all you MSc's and PhD's.

I had the impression that I could use CBQ/WRR to get a LLQ to certain selected flows by defining a class with higher priority then others.

I have three classes defined;
- one for CBR flows, simulating VoIP, prio 1
- one for VBR flows, simulating Video on Demand, prio 3
- one for best effort, prio 3

With quite high congestion on the best effort class (about 3% packet drops) and with the VBR flows on occasions using more then allotted my measurements shows on jitter of up to 6 ms on 3 of 10 VoIP flows.
The distans between the packets should be less then 0.7 ms without jitter with the bandwidth used on the link.

Am I wrong in my assumption on the LLQ effect of priority to one class?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance
Best regards
/Håkan
