There is a Inet to ns topology convertor available at

http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-topogen.html

Instructions:
Usage: inet2ns < inet.topo > ns.topo

In ns:
source ns.topo  in your tcl script and call the procedure to create the
topology using
    create-topology linkbw [scaling factor for delay]
