[ns] Problems with Otcl
I have been trying to install NS in my machine with
Windows 98 OS. I am working with the packages tcl8
..3.2, tk8.3.2, otcl-1.0a7, tclcl-1.0b11 ns-2.1b8a. I
Compiled and I installed the first two packages (tcl
and tk), but when I went to compile the otcl I found
the following mistake:

otcl.c(19): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include
cribs: ' stdlib.h': In the such it cribs or directory
lib /name:otcl.lib /OUT:otcl.lib otcl.o
The funny is that I don't have in my structure nor
tk8.0 nor tcl8.0. I have tk8.3.2 and the tcl 8.3.2.
How do I do to solve this problem?
