what have you, is highly enlightening and informative, don't you think its a
little premature to jump to a solution. I.e. we (I) DON'T " expect various
servers on the Internet to change their default buffer allocations to
accommodate long-delay paths at reasonable data rates?"
I (we?) do expect this group to continue to investigate the causes, effects
and possible strategies to implement tcp/ip on large delay*BW links and work to
make all the work and results public and open for discussion.
