I've watching traffic and have been noticing a troubling phenomenon
that has been preventing some folks using web-browers from behind
firewalls from pulling files from foghorn.ie.org;
It appears that there is an unhealthy interaction between some http
proxies and foghorn's ftpd :o(
Because of this, I've made the Munich stuff temporarily available by
web-browser access at:
http://www.clark.net/pub/travis
