Just from memory, RFC1323 is in: AIX, IRIX, DEC OSF, Solaris 2.6
(patches for Solaris 2.5), FreeBSD, NetBSD, BSDI, (maybe HPUX?). Many
have had RFC1323 support for a few years. IRIX had RFC1323 support in
1994. That's about when DEC OSF and AIX 4 and *BSD got RFC1323.
SACK is available for *BSD as patches but is not nessecary to get
