Dan and I just incorporated most of the feedback we have received
about our draft ``Enhancing TCP Over Satellite Channels using
Standard Mechanisms''. The draft has been submitted to the IETF and
will appear in the archive soon. It is also available at the
following URL. The changes are minor, for the most part.
