Dan and I just sent off a new version of the Standard Mechanisms
draft. The only major change was that we added a bit more
discussion about Path MTU Discovery per the comments we received in
Washington. We corrected the list of nits that we collected from
various people, as well. The updated version of the draft should be
available from the I-D archive soon. Until then, you can grab a
copy from the following URL...
