Hello:

I'm getting ready to re-implement a central office ISP server in the
Bering Straits region of northwest Alaska -- a satellite-dependent
communications market. I am currently running a non-modified SunOS4.1.4
TCP stack on a backbone server, while the new server will be running
Solaris2.6 in a server/developer cluster configuration...

J.Hoe on Solaris??? Any newz appreciated.

RELATED NEWSFLASH:

Also, any beta test co-locations welcomed: get real data for real
satellite time over the following link configurations:

        - 256K committed frame, Nome-to-Anchorage
        - 512K committed cell relay, Nome-to-Seattle
(Seattle circuit also capable of 1.024M burst)

If you'd like to co-locate a server on a fastnet hub farm or on a direct
switched port, please inquire. We have about forty open 100base ports
right now in Nome, in a true long-haul test environment. (fastnet runs
through CiscoFastHub316i cascade)

(I'm curious to know, also, whether or not I can get beta implementations
of the J.Hoe ho ho for LINUX platforms...)
