Just a quick note to let everyone know that I just sent a new
version of the Research Issues draft off to the archive. It should
appear in a few days. In the meantime, you can grab a copy from:

The changes since v01:
-added a section on the use of multiple TCP connections
-added a section on TCP spoofing
-major overhaul of the the architectures section (section 2)
-editting in (almost) all other sections
Volunteers are still needed to write sections on:
-explicit congestion notification
-detecting corruption loss (vs. congestion loss)
-snoop
-rate-based pacing
-ack congestion control
-ack filtering
-???
