I missed the previous discussion. A search of
draft-ietf-tcplw-high-performance-00.txt
draft-ietf-tcpsat-res-issues-02.txt
draft-ietf-tcpsat-stand-mech-03.txt
shows no explicit mention of the problem,
atleast that I could find. Are the solutions to this
problem published?
