TCP send buffer size in Win98/ME?

    Hello all,

    does anyone know what is the default TCP send buffer size
    for Windows 98 and Windows ME? I have seen Windows 2000 machines
    perform better over high latency links (when running FTP) and my
    only explanation is a possible limitation in the send buffer.

    Is there a way to adjust this parameter (through the registry
    perhaps) ? So far I have been able only to adjust the DefaultRcvWindow.
