I Taller sobre Protagonismo e Investigaci�n Estudiantil en Telem�tica (Versi�n en Espa�ol)
Organizado por el Departamento de Telem�tica del Instituto Superior Polit�cnico Jos� Antonio Echeverr�a (CUJAE), auspiciado por el Ministerio de la Inform�tica y las Comunicaciones (MIC) y coauspiciado por el Centro de Investigaci�n Cient�fica y de Educaci�n Superior de Ensenada (CICESE), se convoca al I Taller sobre Protagonismo e Investigaci�n Estudiantil en Telem�tica que se desarrollar� en el marco del II Congreso Internacional de Telem�tica CITEL 2002.
Atendiendo al amplio caudal de conocimientos que los estudiantes logran desarrollar como parte del proceso de aprendizaje y su labor investigativa, conscientes del papel decisivo que juegan en el desarrollo y aplicaci�n de las nuevas tecnolog�as de las telecomunicaciones y la inform�tica, teniendo en cuenta que son los futuros trabajadores que deben contribuir al desarrollo de la sociedad, con el prop�sito de reconocer trabajos relevantes e innovadores desarrollados por estudiantes de todo el mundo y para fomentar el intercambio de conocimientos, experiencias y opiniones, se concibe este espacio.
En el taller se presentar�n trabajos que hayan sido desarrollados totalmente o en su mayor�a por estudiantes vinculados a las carreras de Telecomunicaciones, Inform�tica, Ciencias de la Computaci�n o cualquier otra modalidad af�n a la Telem�tica y donde se ponga de manifiesto el empleo de las nuevas tecnolog�as al servicio de la educaci�n a distancia y la informatizaci�n de la sociedad.
1st WorkShop about Protagonism and Student Investigation in Telematic (English version)
Organized by the Department of Telematic of the Instituto Superior Polit�cnico Jos� Antonio Echeverr�a (CUJAE), with the auspice of the Informatics and Communications Ministry (MIC) and CICESE (Centro de Investigaci�n Cient�fica y de Educaci�n Superior de Ensenada), it is convoked the 1st WorkShop about Protagonism and Student Investigation in Telematic that will be developed in the mark of the 2nd International Telematic Congress, CITEL 2002.
Assisting to the wide flow of knowledge that the students are able to develop like part of the learning process and their investigative work, aware of the decisive role that they play in the development and application of the new technologies of the telecommunications and the computer science, keeping in mind that they are the future workers that should contribute to the development of the society, with the purpose of recognizing outstanding and innovators works developed by students from all the world and to foment the exchange of knowledge, experiences and opinions, is conceived this space.
In the Workshop will be presented the works that have been developed totally or in their majority for students linked to the careers of Telecommunications, Computer science, Informatic or any other kindred modality to the Telematic and where they shows the employment of the new technologies to the service of the Distance Education and the Computerization of the Society.
