i asked the FBI about these type of emails a while back.  they say it's
old stuff, still in circulation after God knows how long.  they pop up now
and then.  this guy's probably long out of office, even dead.
  reminds me of trying to get off an email-list.  it takes 10 seconds to get
on, but 2-3 business days to get removed... so they have time to propogate
your address to other lists (that they own) before 'deleting' your addy.
  anyway, sorry for the bandwidth.
