Professor: John Heidemann
Class location: DMC 252 (Dr. Joseph Medicine Crow Center for International and Public Affairs, just northeast of Bovard Auditorium and Tommy Trojan). Time: Monday/Wednesday noon-1:50pm.
Office hours: Monday 10:15am-11:45am, or by appointment location: SAL 311.
- The primary web site for this class will be my CSci652 moodle (moodle is an open source course management system).
- CSci652 has a CSci551 or CSci651 as a prerequesite, or permission of the instructor. If you have not had graduate computer networking, please e-mail me for why you want to take the class and why you belive you are prepared. (I’m included to offer exceptions, but I want to hear from you.)
- I’m happy to admit interested MS students.
- The Moodle will require student accounts. Instructions to get the accounts will appear here in August 2023. To get a Moodle account, first fill out the the CSci552 web information form, then it will give you an “enrollment key” and let you create a moodle account. (Sorry for the multiple steps.)
-
A syllabus will be available by Summer 2023. <!– - We will begin lecture on first day class, including discussing the papers for that day (listed below). Students are strongly encouraged to download the papers for the first day and read them before coming to class. (For classes after the first day, reading the papers before-hand is required.)
The first four papers are publicly available on the web:
- The remainder of the papers will be available only through the moodle. –>
