Stargate Enclosure

Stargate enclosureThis is an aluminum enclosure for the Stargate node, designed by Wei Ye at USC/ISI. This enclosure is designed for indoor use with a low cost. To benefit the community, we put our design, ordering and assembly information here.

The enclosure has two pieces, the top part and the bottom part.
We built our enclosures at LMB/Heeger, Inc, which does excellent job with very reasonable price. If you want to order from this company, you do not  even need to send in our technical drawings. Just refer to them the model of "USC modified 778". If you send them email, please also CC Wei Ye ([email protected]), since the company may ask the approval from the designer.

To build a complete enclosure, you also need some accessories. We ordered them from Bisco Industries, Inc. The following is a list of parts for ONE enclosure.
