How to Get a Copy of PowerLoom

PowerLoom is a licensed product available free of charge for non-commercial applications.

PowerLoom System Requirements

PowerLoom requires an ANSI Common Lisp system or a C++ compiler in order to run. PowerLoom is distributed as two independent sets of source files, one to run it in Common Lisp, and the other to run it in C++. You will need between 18 and 36 Meg of disk space to compile PowerLoom. A C++-only installation can be as small as 3 Meg (executable only), a Lisp-only installation will typically need between 10 and 15 Meg (sources plus binaries). PowerLoom has been tested by us in the following Lisp and C++ implementations:

PowerLoom License

PowerLoom is a licensed product available from USC/ISI free of charge for non-commercial applications. All PowerLoom users must execute a license agreement with USC/ISI. After successful execution of the license agreement, you will be given a password that will allow you to download PowerLoom.

Please return two signed copies of the license agreement to ISI as follows. Our legal department requires original signed documents. Facsimile (Fax) copies are not acceptable. Please send the signed licenses to the following address:

Download PowerLoom

Downloading PowerLoom requires a password which is given only to users who have executed a PowerLoom license agreement. Once you have received a password, you can download the PowerLoom software as well as patches and updates. If you are a first-time PowerLoom user, we also ask you to provide some registration information.
