I finally got around to reply to you message about syntax. I wrote a little
design note saved in gatech:~masterm/Design-Notes/DN6_(syntax).hqx.
I tried to address some of the concerns you brought up in your message,
although I didn't address all of them. I eliminated the () for lists, and
kept only the {} for objects. I kept the tags idea, since you also thought
that is good, and provided a way to refer to library objects.
However, I didn't add a mechanism to define top-level objects that can be used
in other definitions without instantiation (maybe we need a way to do that).
Please send comments soon. We are falling way behind schedule, even after I
adjusted the schedule we originally did in Atlanta.
