There are currently two mailing lists:

mastermind -- includes everybody related to the mastermind team
mastermind-users -- users: currently kieras and puerta

I am not quite sure which of the messages should be sent only to developers
and which ones to the larger group. I think most messages contain information
of potential relevance to the whole group. It is easy for the larger group to
ignore messages they don't want to see. Currently I am in the
amulet-internal, so I get all the messages, amny of them irrelevant. However,
I do see useful stuff, and when I do I read the whole message.

What does the larger group think about this? Do you guys want to see all the
messages (like you currently are), or do you want to see only a small subset.

I propose to do the following. Let's split mastermind into two:
- mastermind: the larger group.
- mm-dev: the developers, plus the people who send me a message telling me
they want to be in that list too.

If most people want to be on both lists, we won't split them. I will set up
the additional list after the votes come in.
