Pedro,

It seems like a good idea to show Bob something. I also think it's a
good idea to show both conceptual progress and coding progress. When I
sit back and look at how the definitions of all models have come along,
I think we are much better at understanding these models. The question
is, how to we show conceptual progress? Along with the demo? Separately?
Perhaps we can recap the talk to be give at NRaD for Bob as well, but
make it more interactive so he can questions our connections to people
in the HCI initiatives.

So showing the document html is definitely good.

This one we can do.

I guess this's okay too.

We can do 3 & 4 together. Try to shoot for it and if it works, fine, if
not, fine. Do 3 & 4 while 2 is still running...I suppose.

Let's all go for it.
