[ns] why should arp resolution inherit from LinkDelay..?

Hi all,

   could someone tell me why would the ARP table need to inherit the
linkdelay object...???

Why should you want to add delay on the resolution of arp. I also see
that the node is really a mobile one not just a plain one. Do  you try
to inject delay in the link layer by delaying the resolution of the mac
addr ?

A response would be appreciated..
