[ns] otcl-1.0a2 installation problems

hi,
I was trying to install Otcl-1.0a2. After running install and make, I ran
the make test. It was fine. But while running "make install", I found that
the install-sh is not executable. It had only read, write options. I made
it into executabe by changing the mode.

It showed the foll message after running "make install":
csc% make install
/usr/bin/install -c /afs/eos.ncsu.edu/info/csc/mmtech/incoming/njshah/bin
owish
/usr/bin/install: `/afs/eos.ncsu.edu/info/csc/mmtech/incoming/njshah/bin'
is a directory
make: *** [install] Error 1

Please help.
