No, this is not possible with the standard "setdest"
included in ns2. There is more powerful scenario generator
available from "http://www.comp.nus.edu.sg/~liqiming" which
can do such things. Only thing is that it doesn't produce
god-calculations. (I don't need them anyway)

I don't know if such util already exists, but the
provided "cbrgen.tcl" is very simple and easy to modify to
produce such traffic patterns.
