[ns] Algorithm to manage consgestion window

Hi ns-users,

I understand that for TCP Objects, the parameter
windowOption_ is used to specify the algorithm to use
for managing the congestion window and the default is
1.

What would happen if I change windowOption_ to 0? Does
this turn off the default congestion control
algorithm?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
